By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tck444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on this Platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on tck444 at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tck444 will void all winnings associated with duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player involved.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, National ID (NID) number, Bangladesh mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tck444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tck444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tck444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A selfie photograph holding your NID

Players who knowingly exploit a technical error are in breach of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended with winnings voided.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other events — will be settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or result disputes, tck444 reserves the right to void affected bets or settle according to the rules of the applicable market. Decisions made by tck444 regarding settlement are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tck444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or pricing errors
• Match-fixing or use of insider information in sports betting
• Any form of cheating, deception, or fraudulent activity

All content on the tck444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of tck444 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of tck444.

tck444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, frame, mirror, or index any part of the Platform, or to use the tck444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way without explicit written permission.

tck444 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, or acts of force majeure). tck444 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or service interruptions.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using tck444, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. tck444 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players, regardless of the circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tck444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tck444 staff
• Account registered by a person under 21 years of age
• Request by the player for self-exclusion

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. If your account holds a verified real-money balance at the time of termination and no fraud or breach of Terms is involved, tck444 will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method after completing any applicable verification checks. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations will have all balances voided.

tck444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tck444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with the tck444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tck444 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
